Event Details

Join the Islington Chamber of Commerce and the Camden Business Network for a training masterclass created specifically for SMEs.

 

This event will be facilitated by Veronica Broomes from Your Small Business Coach.

Aim
To provide owners and managers of SMEs with an overview of pricing strategies suitable for small businesses, and to enable them to develop a suitable Pricing Menu for selected product or service in their business.

 

This will include interactive sessions with exercises on: Developing pricing menus and Action Plans for individual businesses participating in the masterclass.

How to develop Your Pricing Menu
Considerations in developing pricing menus.  Creating pricing for profitability and value added processes.  
 
Measuring and Assessing Profitability and Added Value
Using prices in new menus, assess profitability for your business and value added for customers.
